Hartley Harvest farm nestles in the shadow of Mt York, part of the Sydney Basin bioregion backed by the glorious Blue Mountains National Park, and right about where Blaxland, Wentworth and Lawson reemerged after their epic crossing of 1813.
Nowadays Hartley Harvest is home to horticulturalist Denise, 3rd-generation farmer Michael and son Brendan plus alpacas, goats, guinea pigs and a variety of chickens so freerange that it's not unusual to find them visiting the house!
Hartley Harvest are open most Saturdays 8.30 unti 2pm. Why not drop in, grab some tasty produce and meet the animals?
